Blackjack Lab – AI-Built SaaS Application

Blackjack Lab is a client-ready SaaS application built entirely on the Base44 platform in 20 hours over the course of one week — 5 hours of research and system architecture, 15 hours of design and development. It is a live demonstration of what AI-assisted development can produce: a production-grade, fully deployable web application without a traditional development team.

Most blackjack training tools fall into two categories: oversimplified free apps that teach basic strategy in isolation, or dense academic resources that overwhelm beginners with theory before they can apply it. Neither serves the serious student.

Performance Dashboard
The home screen is a true performance command center. Users see bankroll status, Net P&L across sessions, total hours at the table, drill accuracy percentage, a Session P&L trend chart, and recent drill history — all in one view.

Live Simulator with Full Rule Configuration
The simulator mirrors real casino conditions. Users configure every variable: deck count (1–6), BJ payout (3:2 or 6:5), Dealer Soft 17, Double rules, Surrender, Double After Split, Resplit Aces, and Deck Penetration. Side bets — Lucky Ladies, Royal Match, Super Sevens, Bet the Set, and Tie Bonus — are included. Running Count, Decks Left, and True Count display live during every hand.

16-Lesson Structured Library
Sixteen lessons across nine categories: BJ Basics, Basic Strategy, Hi-Lo System, True Count, Deck Estimation, Deviations, Bankroll Management, Rules & Casino, and Advanced Pro Techniques. Every lesson includes a difficulty rating, time estimate, and optional quiz. Progress tracked globally.

Training Drills with Gated Progression
Eight targeted drill types: Basic Strategy, Running Count, True Count, Hi-Lo Flashcards, Deviation Trainer (Illustrious 18), Learning Path (gated progression), Strategy Library, and AI Hand Review. Drill gating ensures mastery before advancing.

AI Hand Review
Users input any hand scenario and receive an AI-generated explanation of the mathematically correct play — not just the answer, but the full reasoning behind it. The most valuable teaching tool in the platform.

Blackjack Lab was built on the Base44 app builder platform, which handles authentication, database, backend functions, and deployment infrastructure natively. Domain registration and email are managed through Ionos, chosen for its seamless integration with the Base44 ecosystem. The result is a fully production-ready SaaS application — custom domain, user accounts, persistent data — built without a single line of server-side infrastructure code.
