Axel is a custom AI agent deployed on in-housecnc.com for Jason Wutzke’s CNC machine repair company in Menifee, California. He handles inbound service inquiries, qualifies leads, answers technical questions about CNC repair and calibration, and routes machine-down emergencies to the right technician.

Donors link their bank account directly, authorize a monthly recurring charge, and receive a self-service portal link — all without the temple staff touching anything. No plugin. Built on the Stripe Financial Connections API.

Built an automated pipeline that pushes new machine listings from WooCommerce directly into Zoho CRM — with full specs, images, and pricing — the moment they go live. No copy-paste. No data entry. 51 product records standardized and synced in a single sprint.
