About this project
MachineStation is a leading online marketplace for used industrial machinery, and their brand needed documentation as precise as the equipment they sell. Design It Right developed a comprehensive brand book covering every element of the MachineStation identity — logo usage rules, color system, typography standards, photography guidelines, and application examples across digital and print. The brand book served as a single source of truth for the internal team, external vendors, and marketing partners — ensuring consistency across all touchpoints as the company scaled. Each section was written and designed for practical use: clear enough for non-designers to follow, detailed enough for production teams to execute correctly. The result was a professional brand governance document that gave MachineStation the foundation to grow with confidence and consistency at every level.
